Known for her calm under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to bring structure to a lot of moving pieces, Cally is often the person connecting the dots behind the scenes. She understands that in M&A, small details can quickly become big ones, and that a strong client experience depends on what happens between the major milestones just as much as the milestones themselves.

A proud mom of two young kids, Cally balances the pace of M&A with family life in New York City. Both require flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to change the plan when the plan inevitably changes.
