Inspired by Merge’s founder-first approach and Amanda’s story, Mackenzie was drawn to working in a female-founded, industry-disrupting firm that puts relationships and transparency at the forefront of every deal. She quickly made an impact, successfully launching an acquisition platform for agencies under $1M, providing smaller agency founders with a structured, streamlined way to explore their exit options.

With a background in communication and deal execution, Mackenzie is known for keeping things clear, proactive, and strategic—qualities that make all the difference in M&A. She thrives on helping founders transition their life’s work to the right hands, making sure that every deal isn’t just about numbers, but also about legacy, vision, and fit.

Positive, adaptable, and always eager to learn, Mackenzie carries that same energy into life outside of work. She’s currently on a mission to try every group fitness class in NYC and, as an avid reader, managed to read 35 books last year!
